Mavis Asante Appiah Writes On Gender Equality & Feminism  Dear women, As we celebrate International Women's Day today, please allow me use the opportunity to spew some advice to you on the matter of Gender Equality.  Over the period we have witnessed feminist groups advocate for gender equality and its related issues. I've been asking myself what at all women want? Is it the body men have or the innate characteristics they possess? I'm sure the answer is a NO, however if it's a yes then the conversation will now divert to a different issue altogether i.e transgender.
